At Modcon, we understand that architectural precast is not always about choosing from a standard range. Sometimes a project requires something unique and that is where our experience in custom moulds, detailed finishes and purpose-made precast products makes the difference.
For the Emerald Tsogo Sun project, Modcon Precast proudly manufactured and supplied specially made coping, designed specifically for the project’s requirements.
The design was developed by Hammerhead Design, based in Ballito, Durban, with Modcon working closely with the project team to bring the custom precast elements to life.
The coping was supplied to the contractor, Pivot Painting, as part of the project’s finishing requirements.
From concept and design to manufacture and supply, Modcon turns architectural ideas into concrete reality.
